Before

Unpaid invoices sit in your sent folder while you put off writing yet another “just checking in” email.

After

A morning list of who owes what, with the right reminder already drafted in your voice. Approve it and move on.

Who it's for

Freelancers, consultants, agencies, trades and small service businesses that send their own invoices.

What you'll connect

Gmail (where your invoices and payment notices land), Google Drive or Sheets for the ledger, and Google Calendar. Or just paste a list.

What you can ask Invoice Chaser

“Who owes me money right now?”

It builds a ledger of open invoices from your Gmail, Stripe or QuickBooks emails, or a list you paste, with amount, client, due date and days late.

“Chase it for me, politely.”

Each invoice gets a reminder ladder: a nudge on the due date, then +3, +7 and +14 days. Every reminder is drafted in your voice and waits for your yes.

“Stop bugging clients who already paid.”

When a payment confirmation lands, the invoice is marked paid and its reminders stop. No embarrassing reminder after the money arrives.

“What's seriously late?”

Anything 30+ days past due gets flagged so you can decide on a call, a firmer note or a pause on new work.

“How did this week go?”

Every Friday you get a cash-in summary: what came in, what's still open and what's coming due next week.

What it will and won't do

Drafts for you Prepares replies, plans or changes, and waits for your yes before anything goes out.

  • Flag invoices 30+ days late

It won't

  • Send anything without your approval
  • Charge cards, move money or change invoices
  • Contact anyone you didn't approve

Routines it runs

  • Weekdays 8 AM: who-owes-you brief with today's reminders ready to approve
  • Fridays: cash-in summary for the week
